has an exciting and innovative way for the women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and community volunteers to use their skills and resources to nurture and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

The Dr. Betty L. Shabazz Delta Academy provides its participants with a special place to learn about sisterhood, scholarship, service, math, science, technology, non-traditional careers, and leadership.
The Delta Academy program provides a unique forum for at-risk girls to share their experiences, explore their hopes and dreams for the future, and receive individual and collective attention, support and encouragement in preparation for the challenges of tomorrow.
